WHITE WINES
Chardonnay – the most common white wine is Chardonnay. The grape hybrid was created hundreds of years ago by crossing Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Gouais Blanc. The environment where the grapes grow has a distinct effect on the wine. We suggest Antinori Tormaresca Chardonnay for a well-balanced, quality white wine.
Gewürztraminer – a zesty and sweet white wine, pairs this category of white wine with spicy Asian cuisine like sushi. We suggest Pares Balta Ginesta, a Spanish bottle with floral and citrus notes.
