Dubouef Brouilly Pisse-Vieille

This wine has intensity, but its main joy lies in the apricot fruitiness touched by honey. It is light, with plenty of acidity to balance the botrytis and orange marmalade flavours. Drink the wine from late 2019. A perfect pairning with fruit ladden deserts and fatty cheeses.
